Its 2 am and I'm at Sam's Club. This isn't a normal thing for me, and it sure isn't where I want to be, but I'm making the best of it. I've been counting clothes since 9. I'm amped up on Thai tea and five hour energy, dancing around the store with The Fratellis blasting through my headphones. Then night crew may think I'm crazy, but this is how I'm getting by. I only have to make it four more hours.
I've done all I can think of to keep myself busy. Yesterday I spent 40 minutes driving a forklift around just for the hell of it. The night shift is a lot more chill than I'm used to.
Working this shift is reminding me of just how badly I want to be self employed. I thrive with the opportunity to just do my own thing and not really answer to anyone else. Everyone dreams of being their own boss, but I think I would actually be good at it.
But my lunch break is over so I am going to have to cut my late night ramblings short. Until next time!
